Support and contact
Last updated · Current
RAMMIT is a free, open-source project. Help happens in public on GitHub, where the code lives. There is no email address, phone number or private contact form.
Questions and ideas
Ask in GitHub Discussions, Q&A. Share feature ideas in Ideas. The FAQ and the README answer the most common questions.
Posting needs a GitHub account, and GitHub's own terms apply to it, including its minimum age. Everything you post there is public.
Report a bug
Open an issue with the bug report form on GitHub. It asks for your RAMMIT version (shown at the bottom of the Settings panel), the steps that cause the problem, your Windows version and launcher. Issues are public too, so read the next section first.
Report a security problem
Don't open a public issue for a security problem. Report it privately with GitHub's Report a vulnerability form, which is switched on for the RAMMIT repository. Only you and the maintainers can see the report. The security policy says what to include and what is in scope.
Keep your accounts safe when asking for help
Never post any of these, anywhere:
- a
.ROBLOSECURITYcookie or any other Roblox cookie; - the
Configfolder, or files from it such asAccounts.json, even though the logins in it are encrypted; - your Roblox password, two-step verification codes or recovery codes;
- personal details such as your real name, email address, phone number, home address, school or age.
RAMMIT.log never contains cookies, but it does list your Roblox usernames. Screenshots of RAMMIT show your account names. If you don't want those to be public, replace or blur them before you post.
Nobody working on RAMMIT will ever ask for your password or your cookie. Anyone who does is trying to take over your account.
Privacy questions and requests
The RAMMIT project doesn't receive personal data from the app or from this website, so in most cases there is nothing for it to look up, correct or delete. The Privacy Policy explains who holds what:
- Your saved accounts and settings are on your own PC. You can remove them in RAMMIT, or choose to delete them when you uninstall.
- Your Roblox account data is held by Roblox. Use Roblox's own privacy and support channels.
- What you post on GitHub, and your GitHub account, are held by GitHub. You can edit or delete your own posts there.
- Server logs for this website are kept by the hosting provider, Vercel.
There is currently no private way to contact the project about privacy. Until one exists, please don't put personal information in a public issue or discussion. You can open a discussion asking for a private contact method without including any personal details.
Problems we can't help with
- Roblox account problems, such as bans, appeals, recovery, purchases or two-step verification: contact Roblox Support. RAMMIT can't see, change or restore your Roblox account.
- Bloxstrap or Fishstrap problems: ask on those projects' own GitHub pages.
- Problems with Roblox itself, its client or its website: report them to Roblox.
How replies work
RAMMIT is a free project maintained in the open. Replies are best effort, and there is no guaranteed response time. Fixes and new versions are announced in the release notes.
